These terms apply when you use Carver, the Carver plugin and this website.

The service

Carver is an AI agent that creates geometry in Rhino. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. Check every result before you rely on it, especially for construction, structure or safety.

Accounts and plans

• You need an account to use Carver. Keep your sign-in private.
• Plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancellations apply at the end of the paid period.
• Unused runs do not carry over to the next month.
• The Free plan is for personal, non-commercial use.

Your work

The models you create with Carver belong to you. We claim no rights to your prompts, images or geometry.

Fair use

Do not use Carver to break the law, to attack or overload our systems, or to resell access. We may suspend accounts that do.

Refunds

Write to carveraioff@gmail.com within 14 days of your first paid charge for a full refund.

Liability

Carver is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last twelve months.
